Twenty names.
Each says its job.

Exact-match keyword domains and short brandables. Clean registration history, no prior development, one owner. Offers are read the day they arrive and transfer runs through escrow. Not ready to buy outright? Every name here can be leased monthly instead — with the payments credited if you buy later.

Launch on the name
before you own it

A lease puts the name to work immediately for a fixed monthly figure — no five-figure cheque, no financing. You point it wherever you like from day one, and if the business works, the rent you have already paid comes off the purchase price. Any of the 20 names can be leased; ask about the one you want.

The rate

A fixed monthly figure

Set per name and quoted on request — usually a small percentage of the outright price, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee, no revenue share, no traffic clause.

The term

Twelve months, then rolling

A twelve-month minimum so the name is not flipped mid-campaign, then month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. Rate is locked for the first two years.

The credit

Rent comes off the price

Up to twelve months of payments are credited against the agreed purchase price whenever you choose to buy. The price is fixed in writing at the start of the lease, so building traffic never raises it.

The control

You run the DNS

Registration stays with us until purchase, but nameservers are delegated to you — site, email, certificates, all yours. A written non-interference clause means the name cannot be moved, parked or resold while the lease runs.

If a lease lapses, the name reverts after a 30-day cure period and any credit is forfeited — so treat it as rent, not equity, until the purchase completes. Leases are documented; escrow is used for the purchase step only.

04 · How a sale runs
Step 01

You name a figure

Send the offer with the name and how you plan to use it. Every inquiry gets a reply within one business day — including the ones we decline.

Step 02

Escrow holds the funds

On agreement the sale opens at Escrow.com. Nothing moves until the money is deposited and verified; fees are split unless the offer says otherwise.

Step 03

Push, then release

Most names push registrar-to-registrar the same day. You confirm the transfer inside escrow, funds release, and the name is yours outright.

05 · Make an offer

Offers are read,
not auto-rejected

Tell us the name and the number. Serious figures get a same-day answer; low-balls get a counter rather than silence. Bundle interest in the seven .kitchen names is welcome — say so in the note.
